Jellyfish helps dental service organizations turn complex data into confident decisions. We build custom dashboards that connect clinical, financial, and operational performance, then support leadership teams with the interpretation and guidance needed to act on what the numbers are saying.
Our work is grounded in a simple belief. Reporting is not the finish line. It is the foundation for better planning, stronger execution, and consistent performance across a multi location DSO.
Supporting DSOs Since 2011 with clinical and financial visibility.

Most DSOs have no shortage of data. The challenge is turning that data into clarity that leaders can trust.
As DSOs grow, reporting becomes harder for predictable reasons. Data lives in different systems. KPI definitions vary by location or department. Native reports are often rigid. Teams spend time reconciling numbers instead of using them to make decisions.
Jellyfish was created to solve those problems. We help DSOs establish a reliable source of truth, then translate that visibility into practical decision support for leaders across the organization.
Jellyfish was built specifically for the realities of multi location dentistry. A DSO needs to see performance at the enterprise level without losing the ability to drill down by region, location, provider, or department. Finance teams need reporting that aligns with budgets and general ledger structure. Clinical leaders need insight that connects outcomes to operational execution. Operations teams need visibility they can use to improve performance across locations.
That is why our approach is both technical and practical. We focus on data integrity, consistent definitions, and dashboards built around how your DSO actually runs, not generic templates.
We do not deliver one size fits all dashboards. We build reporting around your structure, your systems, and your priorities so leaders can rely on what they see and act quickly.

In clinical dentistry, decisions are guided by diagnostics and measurable indicators. We believe business decisions should be made with the same discipline.
Jellyfish exists to help DSOs replace guesswork with clarity, align leaders around consistent reporting, and build confidence in the decisions that shape growth and performance.
If you want dashboards that reflect how your DSO truly operates, and a team that helps you interpret what you are seeing, we should talk.
